Conveyor Products and Solutions has a proven track record of delivering sustainable value to customers for their existing operations, as well as greenfield and brownfield expansion projects. The CPS team recently delivered high accuracy, light weight, low noise, low rolling resistance idlers for overland conveyors to the Rio Tinto Silvergrass project and the BHP Jimblebar expansion project, exceeding the technical and commercial performance KPIs. CPS has also supplied high-quality Australian components internationally to the First Quantum Minerals' Cobre Panama copper project and other mine expansions in Asia and Africa.

FQM Cobre Copper Project – Panama:

Cobre Panama is a large open-pit copper development project in Panama. The concession is located 120km west of Panama City and 20km from the Caribbean Sea coast. The project included multiple 600 – 2600mm wide conveyors.

Silvergrass Project – Pilbara:

Owner/Operator: Rio Tinto Iron Ore

Silvergrass is a satellite deposit located adjacent to Rio Tinto’s Nammuldi mine and is part of the Greater Nammuldi precinct, located approximately 70km north-west of Tom Price. The project included multiple 900 – 1800mm wide conveyors with frames of ±0.5mm tolerance after galvanising.





Jimblebar Project – Pilbara:

The Jimblebar iron ore mine is located 40km east of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The project included multiple 1600 – 2400mm wide conveyors with frames of ±0.5mm tolerance after galvanizing.
